The CyberQ qNet Analysis software is designed to determine the qNet metric and Torsade Metric Score based on an in silico reconstruction of cellular cardiac electrophysiological activity. This software conforms to the CIPA initiative, the objective of which is to facilitate the adoption of a new paradigm for assessment of clinical potential of TdP that is not measured exclusively by potency of hERG block and not at all by QT prolongation
CyberQ has a user friendly graphical interface. Data preprocessing is available for both ABF and IFW files formats.
Output formats includes Action Potential plots for a range of beats across simulated samples, qNET plots assigning TdP risk categories for each multiple of Cmax via predetermined thresholds, and overall assignment via the Torsade Metric Score.
